The BAZAAR S.A. Company of the ELOMAS Group was looking for a software through which it would improve its penetration in the Franchise market. It was searching for a company that would be familiar with the needs and processes in the Supermarket field, and could offer a software that would implement those needs.

BAZAAR implements all the above using Open Retail and OSS’ experience. Open Retail has integrated the processes required for the organization of a Franchise Network. Through the processes for communication and data exchange with the distributors’ central systems, as well as the information it provides to the franchisers, it has successfully implemented the needs of BAZAAR S.A. The correct support provided by our company resulted in the installation of the software in 15 BAZAAR stores and, due to the additional features of the software, in the installation of the OSS’ solutions (Open Retail & Open Accounting) in some privately-owned BAZΑAR S.A. stores.
