The PLANET gyms chain, as part of constantly developing and improving its services, was looking for a software that could improve the speed of execution for daily tasks in its gyms, would increase the business owners’ flow of information, and would offer the possibility to form and manage the processes using a uniform infrastructure.
The software fully met all the above needs for the improvement of daily tasks and for information.
Through special screens, it has improved the data entry speed, contributing to the decrease in the personnel’s occupation time. The needs for central data management and improved information were met with the support and care provided by OSS.
